As some of you may have found, we have decided to move our stuff to redglue.eu instead of our primary domain until now, redglue.eu.
Why, may you ask?
redglue.eu nameservers were changed and we had a complete blackout on our communications, that means no e-mail, no support tickets, no website, no blog, almost “no” to everything.
Why, may you ask again?
redglue.eu (domain) was not owned by REDGLUE itself as a company. It was registered under other entity name and was agreed that we could happily use that until the world ends. Well, that didn’t happened and we didn’t know! Surprise, surprise.
All our stuff is online on redglue.eu and we are fully operational. We are discussing what to do to recover what was REDGLUE (company) home for the last 2 years. Everyone loves to return home.
Was the impact hard on you?
Yes, we are still suffering the effects, mainly on email and website traffic, but our customers are getting used to new domain. From now on, we don’t control what is happening with redglue.eu and redglue.pt.
Sorry that we allowed this to happen, we promise to work harder next time.
And good news?
We may have “one more thing” to show next few days that you may like 🙂
Luis Marques, CEO.
