Somehow this little startup needs help of another experienced Oracle DBA. Things are moving here, so we need to make our Oracle DBA team a little bigger than it is.

We expect someone committed, humble and good for the role than can work mostly in autonomous mode. As we are specialized in Oracle Databases, it is expected that you have a very good understanding how an Oracle Database works with special emphasis on performance under Oracle Database.

You can have a lot of experience or only a couple of years of field experience, what really matters is what you know and most important what can you learn.

You will find a small team of Oracle DBAs here (some with Oracle ACE award) ready to receive you.

As you already know we support technical conferences and encourage blog and articles writing. We also pay travel as much as we can for training and speaking (if is the case).
